How big is a 3 man tent?
A typical 3 man tent gives you around 30 to 40 square feet of space. That’s enough to squeeze in three sleeping bags side by side. It can get a little snug if you’ve got lots of gear, which is why many campers actually use a 3-man tent for two people and some extra room for bags. At Halfords, you’ll find a solid selection of 3-man tents that are great for weekend getaways, festivals or short camping trips.
Can a 4 person tent fit a queen air mattress?
You can usually fit a queen size air bed in a standard 4 man tent, but just keep in mind it will take up most of the floor space. A queen mattress is about 60 inches wide by 80 inches long, and while it fits, you might not have much room left for bags or moving around. It’s doable, especially if you’re after a cosy setup, but be ready to pack light.
