Electric Capability

Building on the success of the Voodoo Zobop mechanical bike, Voodoo have equipped the Zobop-E with a lightweight Shimano EP6 motor that delivers an impressive 85Nm of torque, giving you extra support and power to help you discover trails previously out of reach or just get some more laps in at the trail centre than your legs usually allow.

The Shimano EP6 system offers three customisable levels of assistance—Eco, Trail, and Boost—so you can easily adjust the power to suit your riding style and the demands of the trail. Controlled from a simple and intuitive LCD display on the handlebars, switching between modes is effortless, giving you full control over your ride.

Trail Ready

The Zobop-E is built around progressive trail geometry, with a 64° head angle that strikes the perfect balance—offering stability and control on steep descents without compromising the fun and agility needed for flatter, faster terrain.

A Shimano CUES 1x10 drivetrain ensures dependable, seamless shifting. Its wide-range 11–48T cassette gives you the gearing to conquer tough climbs with ease. And when it’s time to open it up downhill, Shimano MT200 hydraulic brakes step in with strong, consistent stopping power that keeps your ride in check.

 
 

Better Equipped

Fitted with a RockShox Psylo Silver R fork, providing 160mm of incredibly supple, travel and paired with a RockShox Deluxe Select+ rear shock, the Zobop-E is ready to rip, straight out of the box. 

The WTB Volt saddle sits on a dropper post, allowing you to quickly adjust the seat height as you ride, so you’re always in the perfect position for climbing or descending.

Nimble Handling

This Zobop-E is fitted with high-performance tyres, featuring a Maxxis Assegai on the front and a Maxxis DHR II on the rear—both tubeless ready and using the 3C MaxxTerra compound for an ideal blend of grip, rolling efficiency, and durability.

With a mixed size setup (29" front / 27.5" rear), it offers confident steering up front and nimble handling at the rear—perfect for aggressive trail riding.

All electric bikes specify a maximum mileage range achievable on a single battery charge. This represents the furthest distance under optimal conditions; however, several factors can influence this range:

  • The combined weight of the rider and any luggage.
  • The assistance mode selected.
  • The cycling route (e.g. type of terrain and inclines).
  • Temperature and climate (e.g. cold weather will decrease the performance of the battery).
  • Tyre pressure.
  • Wind speed and direction.
