Will I be able to order a bike and have it stored for me until nearer the date?

We offer lots of collection options so that the process is convenient for you, including:

• You can order a bike online and collect up to 30 days later.
• An order can be placed further in advance when ordering in store. Full payment will be required up-front and your collection date will be subject to the store’s capacity.
• You’ll be given a choice of a 30-minute collection time. This means that you can collect your bike without having to queue for long periods of time.
• Please note, collection times for Christmas are subject to availability and are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. As November and December are busy periods, there’s no guarantee we’ll be able to store your bike throughout these months and this will be subject to your chosen store’s capacity.
