Bikehut Dual Action Bike Pump is rated out of 5 by 70.Rated 4 out of 5 by Carabassi from Don’t cover the air hole on the handle My wife tried and tried to get this to work, then one of the reviews said ‘don’t cover air hole’tried that and it works perfectly every time, can’t remember if it had instructions but it shouldDate published: 2018-10-30Rated 1 out of 5 by Jduwu291uxh from Absolute rubbish Wish i had read the reviews before purchasing. But i thought how can i go wrong with a bike pump it is the most basic of inventions. Can't wait to take it back it is not fit for purpose. The supposed thumb lock pops out the minute you start pumping it is unusable. The gauge is unusable and doesnt work properly. Really annoyed a company can get away eith making such a rubbish product.Date published: 2018-06-21Rated 1 out of 5 by ConnieC from Useless Waste of money for a pump that doesn’t pump. Needed to put some air in tyres to find pump actually faulty.Date published: 2018-04-28Rated 1 out of 5 by MattyTomTom from Not very good at all The pump catches on the pressure valve housing on each stroke - annoying. The air inlet appears to be under the where you put your hand - surely a design flaw? And each time I used it I managed to get up to about 20psi, had to stop for a rest, put it back on - lo and behold, back to 0psi. I would think very hard before buying this pump. Fortunately I was able to take it back and get a proper pump - I got the Topeak JoeBlow Sport, which is like a different world. Admittedly not compact, but if you need a compact one, I'd just go basic. This pump is simply not up to the job. Designed by Cyclists, for Cyclists goes the strapline - not so sure from this end.Date published: 2017-11-26Rated 1 out of 5 by Columbas2 from Do not buy unless you are. Arnold Schwarzenegger "The Bikehut Dual Action Bike Pump pressure gauge reads to 100psi" It may read to 100psi but it doesn't pump tyres up to anywhere near that. I consider myself fairly fit but barely managed 65 psi after quarter of an hour. Do not buy or you will end up in accident and emergency with a cardiac arrest,Date published: 2017-09-14Rated 5 out of 5 by RichP43 from Great little pump Could not seem to get it to work, read the reviews and went back to Halfords in Aylesford where the boys there showed me how to undo the tiny valve On the presta valve on my bike so the pump would work. I took it home and it works a dream now, so small and robust as well.Date published: 2017-07-29Rated 1 out of 5 by IR123 from No good for Presta Doesn't work on Presta valves as advertised. There's just no way I can see to make the head fit the valve - it just lets out air. Works fine on my daughter's Schrader valves but I now have to find another pump.Date published: 2017-04-09Rated 1 out of 5 by Irritated456 from Absolutely useless- Money badly spent It simply doesn't work. After 40 minutes of me trying my wife went and bought a Halford's own brand for half the price! The Halford pump did the job perfectly, not hyper fast, but it did the job. I'm amazed Halford's sell substandard kit like this.Date published: 2017-03-25
