All orders received before 2pm will be despatched the same day by our team. If for any reason there is a delay despatching your goods, you will receive notification and an estimated fulfilment date.
Our Free UK Standard Next Day service operates between Monday to Friday only. Weekend deliveries are available, but please speak to our team if you are interested in booking this service.
It’s never been easier to track and receive your parcels with our new delivery service options:
- Live Tracking: Watch your parcel in real time and receive SMS, Email or App updates.
- Delivery Predict: You will be given a 1 hour delivery window for your item to arrive to save you waiting around.
- In-Flight Changes: Update delivery times, locations or add further instructions to your order whilst it’s on the move. You can even upgrade to get your item faster.
- Local Pickup: With over 2,500 local pickup destinations, you can choose to pickup your parcel somewhere convenient whenever suits you.
I do not wish to keep my item – it is not faulty
If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your item and would like to return your order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to refund or exchange the item, providing it is returned unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any costs incurred when returning items in this circumstance.
My item has a fault
If your item is faulty, please notify us as soon as you can. We will organise collection of the item (depending on value), and arrange either a replacement to be sent or a refund to be issued. All items returned to us due to being faulty will be inspected by our team to verify defects. Items returned and found not to be faulty, are not subject to refund of postage charges. If you have a warranty claim, please get in contact with us directly so we can assist you further.
Refunded amounts will be made to the same source of original payment. Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your account.
