Yes, we update the online digital service record for Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda, Mercedes, Mini, Skoda, Smart and Volkswagen. This will happen automatically within a couple of weeks of your service being carried out.

Whilst we are currently unable to update an iDrive following a service, this does not impact your warranty. Digital service records are updated automatically within a couple of weeks of your service being completed.

The time taken to complete a Service will depend on which Service is booked. We do not offer a specific slot time for our Services and we do recommend dropping the vehicle off at either 8:30am or 11:30am and leaving the vehicle at the Autocentre.
