If funds available through your Payment Method are not sufficient to cover any payment when due, you are responsible for providing Halfords with access to another acceptable payment card to pay the full amount due.
    10. If Halfords is unable to obtain payment the first time Halfords attempts to charge your Payment Method, Halfords will:
        (a) attempt to charge your Payment Method repeatedly until payment in full is received; and
        (b) notify you that payment has been unsuccessful by sending a notice to the e-mail address you have provided.
    11. If you receive notification from Halfords that your Payment Method has been unsuccessful, it is your responsibility to:

    14. If your Membership is revoked in accordance with these Conditions:
        (a) your Membership will be permanently deactivated, and you will no longer be eligible to receive any of the Benefits of the Membership; and (b) we will still be entitled to recover any unpaid Membership fees from you.

    13. Membership will be revoked if:
        (a) a Member is found to be guilty of fraud or attempted fraud in respect of the Membership;

For the avoidance of doubt, inappropriate conduct means, without limitation, causing any security or safety concerns, displaying any sign or visible representation of any kind which is, or could reasonably be judged to be, threatening, abusive or insulting to any member of Halfords staff and/or other members of the public in a Halfords property or mobile location.
