  • VooDoo Hoodoo Mountain Bike

The VooDoo Hoodoo Mountain Bike is certainly capable of some black magic on the trails. Big brother to the Bantu, the Hoodoo kicks it up a gear with its superb trail-tackling ability; from its 7005 aluminium frame through to its 27.5" wheels, the Hoodoo knows what a trail riding thrillseeker wants. A Suntour Raidon coil fork provides 120mm of travel, soaking up the bumps to keep your steering accurate. A wide range of gear ratios is given by the 27 speed Shimano Alivio gearset, making ascents and descents easy to tackle. Finished off with powerful Shimano Acera hydraulic disc brakes, it's clear that the Hoodoo is made for one thing and one thing only: fun.

    • Frame: Lightweight double butted aluminium
    • Forks: Suntour Radion 120mm forks with adjustable rebound dampening for great control on the trail
    • Gears: Shimano Altus 27 speed gears will give you a great range
    • Brakes: Shimano hydraulic brakes for fast and efficient stopping
    • Wheels: 27.5" double wall VooDoo wheels with Maxxis Ardent tyres for strength

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Bike....Love It After Reading Reviews i Felt i should do the same to voice the small negative reviews on here......Brought the HooDoo back in May 2017 as i had a death trap road bike....Been i Mountaining bike guy in my younger years so decided to go back to the fun old days lol...This bike as Fantastic....love the build, love the feel, love the look, i love everything about it. All the negative reviews are down to simple set up,my Hoodoo was set up perfect and is maintained and looked after so it feels the same since day one, gears are smooth, brakes are spot on and ride is comfortable. brought bike in peckham branch and staff were really good when i had puncture after only two days.....5 star bike

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Voo doo. For the money this is a cracking bike. Looked at all sorts of makes and to get the same spec of bike they were twice the price. Built well and good quality gears etc. Cannot really comment on off road use as I use just use for light use

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Had his bike for 4 months now. Regretting it. Gears and brakes are terrible.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice bike but slippy gears Nice looking bike, light and comfortable, had a continuing problem with slipping gears and chain coming off, been back to Halfords twice and still a problem, great if you don’t need to change gears a lot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Bike After reading reviews and some which were negative I have to say I had no problems with bike. Gears change with no problem its handled off road trails ok and cycling on road has been good too. Bike has worked continuously well staff at stamford store are brilliant if something needed adjusting they did with no probs. If the bike is built up and looked u shouldnt get any problems my only drawbacks is saddle doesnt go all way down and grips are bit naff but apart from that its done me well

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Truely awful bike I've had mine for 3 months... since going in for its service with a list of issues It's been back in 3 times... it's still not right... can't wait until Wednesday to exchange it for a Boardman Truely the worst bike £550 can buy you... Paints awful and falls off in the wind ( frame not prepped as it's a shines surface under the top coat ) Gears clunky and don't work right after 3 attempts to fix Steering of the bike is awful and front forks are ropey and imo bin fodda Brakes arn't great even now there's enough fluid in them... I've only used this 8 miles daily to go to work on, would imagine off-road it could show faults a lot sooner
