Poor service
So I came to your store Sunday 21st of March 2021
To witch a woman in the bike section was fixing a puncture on a bike.. okay cool 10 minute job at best!
She asked me what I needed I told her that I could do with my gears being set. Also a 10 minute job for those who know what they are doing! Now granted she was dealing with and fixing a customers bike! But told me my bike would have to be booked in! I find it a joke tbh that you’ll fix a flat on the spot but not gears when both jobs take the same amount of time! I haven’t got time to book my bike in as I use it for work everyday! Thanks Halfords for helping me out in my time of need!
