Left empty handed when I had a pick up booking
Went there to pick up a bike I bought online. They made me make a booking that was not changeable. Once in the store they were serving walk-ins and took over 35 minutes until I finally managed to chat with an attendant. Why do you make us make a booking and come at a certain time if you are not going to respect that? I had to leave the store empty handed after more than 45 mins at the store… disappointing.

Fab bike, quick assembly!
I purchased a Pendleton Blossomby bike with a CycleCare Leisure Cable 1 year service - very impressed by how many features are included in the 1 year service option, and so thrilled by my pre-slimed tyres!
